ARTTRA was founded in 2001 in Stafford, VA by Andrew R. Thomas. Mr. Thomas is a thirteen-year veteran of the United States Air Force who holds a Masters of Science in Management Information Systems. Our Company holds our value through the sum of our individual talents who get their fulfillment by solving our clients most stressful problems.
